Using them for residential or commercial purposes is nearly impossible, as obtaining the necessary titles for such purposes is highly unlikely.
3. Untitled Land
Always check for the title document before buying any real estate. A land without a title document is a major red flag. Titles confirm legal ownership and help you understand the legal standing of the property. Never invest in a land without proper documentation—it’s simply not worth the risk.
4. Land Without a Survey Plan
A survey plan is a critical document that defines the exact coordinates and boundaries of a property. Without it, there’s no proof of the land’s existence or location. Always request and review the survey plan before making any purchase.
